		Otto Fernandez Senior Pastor E-mail Otto Otto Fernandez is a native Miamian who loves living and ministering in South Florida. He comes to Riverside with a love for multi-cultural ministry and a conviction that God wants to bring revival to this diverse community. He is married to Lourdes who is more than his wife but his best friend. He also has two children, Matthew who in his early teens is already taller and bigger than he, and Natalie who is his pre-teen sweetheart (she will be able to date at 25). Otto loves sports (especially football and basketball) and is a diehard Dolphin, Heat, Marlins and Hurricane fan. After giving his life to Christ at age 17, Otto felt God’s call to ministry and had never deviated from that call. He received his BA in Pastoral Studies from Miami Christian College (now Trinity University) and his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. Otto has over 20 years of pastoral experience.
		Lance Brown Pastor of Worship & Administration E-mail Lance Lance joined Riverside's staff in 2001 and has been a member since 1993. Prior to coming on staff fulltime, Lance was Riverside's Interim Music Director from May 2000. Raised by his grandparents on a farm in Jamaica, Lance became a follower of Christ at the age of nine and was baptized in a river near the farm he grew up. Throughout high school and college he was involved in music ministry and student leadership in various capacities, experiences he willingly admits that have shaped and prepared him for his ministry roles today. In high school Lance was a part of the school choir and a member of a touring Christian male quartet. In college at the University of Technology in Jamaica, Lance was a founding member and musical director of Birthright, a Christian reggae band. Lance also studied classical voice and music theory at the Creative Arts Center, University of the West Indies through a scholarship from the Jamaica Cultural Development Corporation. While there he interned with the National Chorale and Orchestra of Jamaica. Lance is married to Sandra since 1986 and between them have two sons, Lance-Theodore and Matthew. Lance holds a BSc. in Information Systems, an MBA in Management from Barry University, and a Diploma in Voice from the Royal School of Music. Lance has a passion for God and His people and seeks to lead others into a closer encounter with the King of Kings. His favorite scripture passage is Philippians 3:10.
