Carol was born in Dover, Delaware and moved to Miami with her family when she was in the third grade. She met her husband, Allen, while working at First National Bank of Miami. They were married in 1971. Allen and Carol have two daughters, Kimberly and Melissa. Kimberly is married to James, and teaches in Georgia. Melissa is presently in college studying to be a teacher. Carol is very devoted to the care of her family. She loves cats, college football (especially the Miami Hurricanes), and nascar racing. Rev. Ted Place and her youth counselors were instrumental in leading Carol to the Lord at a Youth for Christ rally in 1963. She joined Riverside Baptist Church in 1989. After working for Southeast Bank for 24 years, she joined the Riverside Staff in 1992 as the youth secretary. Her spiritual gifts are administration, discernment, and intercession. Shout to the Lord and In His Time are her favorite hymns, and Isaiah 41:10 is her favorite scripture verse.

Karolyn was born in Southfield, Michigan, spending most of her childhood growing up in Buffalo, New York until moving to Miami in August of 1977. She joined Riverside as a church member in July of 1996 and came to work in the office in December of 1998. Since joining the staff she has been the receptionist, secretary for education, music, worship, life development and is currently the financial and administration secretary. She has a passion for worship and spends her church volunteer time over at the Warehouse with the youth. Her spiritual gifts are administration, discernment, and hospitality. Her favorite scripture verses are Matthew 19:26 and Philippians 4:13. She has too many favorite praise & worship songs to mention. She is a family-oriented person spending all of her free time with her husband, Aris “Menas”, their son Alex, and their two “four-legged” children Scooby & Jughead. She is a sports fanatic and a very passionate University of Miami and Jeff Gordon fan. Karolyn also likes to garden, cook, bake, read and swim.

Nery was born in Miami in 1975. She was raised in a Baptist church and was baptized when she was eleven years old. She married her husband, Danny, five years ago and they have two daughters, Amber and Arielle. Nery was a stay-at-home mom for four years until her children were ready for school. She believes that God blessed her by putting her to work in the church and is very happy with the transition. Her favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:38-39.
